This series traverses the landscapes of Korea — from the streets of Seoul to the coastlines of Jeju, Yangyang, and Sacheon. Each place carries its own light and air, yet they all share the same quiet quality: scenes so familiar they are easily passed by, yet in a certain season, a certain moment, they speak. I have tried to compress those moments into color and form. For those who know Korea, I hope these images stir a remembered place. For those encountering it for the first time, I hope they offer something new to feel.

이번 작업은 서울의 도시 풍경부터 제주에 이르기까지 한국 곳곳의 풍경을 담았습니다. 저마다 다른 공기와 빛을 가진 장소들이지만, 그 안에는 하나의 공통된 감성이 흐릅니다. 늘 그 자리에 있어 쉽게 지나쳐버리는 풍경들, 하지만 어떤 계절, 어떤 빛의 순간에는 조용히 말을 걸어오는 장면들. 저는 그런 순간들을 색과 형태로 압축해 기록했습니다. 이 그림들이 한국을 아는 분들께는 익숙한 기억을, 처음 마주하는 분들께는 새로운 감각을 건낼 수 있기를 바랍니다.
