Chef Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri, Executive Chef and Owner of Bangkok’s acclaimed Sorn, joined us in New York with his team for an intimate two-night collaboration on April 14 and 15. Our kitchens came together to present a multi-course tasting menu that brought Sorn’s traditional Thai techniques and flavors into dialogue with Atomix’s refined perspective on Korean cuisine. Our teams cooked side by side, united by a shared commitment to craft and the integrity of each ingredient.
